Hi my name is Rosie I'm the owner & founder of Shorty's Cover Me Vinyl founded in 2014. I have a passion for creativity, I've had the nickname Shorty since I was a little girl. I'm from New York City. I have always loved to create something. I had 1st started painting plaster figures,then scrapbooking & slowly moved on to other projects. I love to sit in my craft room for hours & hours & create.
